This is actually a really nice axe. The +2 Barbarian skills may seem useless to the untrained eye, but it provides incredible synergy and is, in fact, the most valuable mod of all. Allow me to explain:
+2 Barb skills translates to +2 Double Throw from Combat Tree and +2 Throwing Mastery from Masteries Tree. Equipped with this fantastic arsenal of skills, you can throw the item straight into the trash where it belongs.
