you dont have to stack dr for every each of matchups.

Even tho this sceptre might seems like a minimal increase of damge, sometimes that tiny bit can make a diffrence.

After all i gets the idea that the competition is hard for this kind of tools.

pretty much all its good for is stacking hammers with skill shrine vs modding barb bo'd hammerdins
otherwise hoto or wizzy are way better for any other match
