-no need to try to fool people with imported stats and imperfect ed, blizzard intended this to be the endgame hat and we use it as such
-2 to all combat skills, because we're going to engage in pvp combat not be a bo barb like op
-30% fhr even though we're never going to get hit with this high of def
-6% ll because im going to leech off of your summons and heal to full
-more than 2x the dex than op with another 20 str to boot; more str = more dmg barbs are all about (remember the olden formula: dmg > style > all)
-30 all res because people are going to use items and skills that do elemental damage just to fuck with you
