The Matri is in the top 10 all realms, the shadow amp has higher damage then what most amp shadows have. The blade is very good but pales besides the matri i feel. put that blade on a merc for a sorc XD
The rings would ideally have repl but I guess you can get repl from the items not shown (Circlet; Shield). Fire Res on Eagle loop is sad, I would have that on a barb if another res. Grim Touch the fcr is also sad but still a good mld ring.
If your boots are travs you could consider rares (if you like all that stack) and then string the belt
I dont know if you consciously did not look for PSM on the gloves ( i know this has been a hard to find item on east) however i acknowledge the KB+Amp incorperated
how is the speed on the lightning bolts vs esfb or libby ? if it works fine, great. I had a similar pair of javs (no ias) not sure what I did with them (probably sold!)
I will assume you have the required FRW (at least 80, yes i know east, the horror!) *no doubt you have 120+*

for your purposes, and noting i have not seen a higher amp shadow, i give that a 10 too
The stygians are a solid 8, would prefer with +40ias
if you dont have repl anywhere the rings are around 8. if you have repl then the rings would be about 8.5 ?
I would look for rings str/dex/repl/mana/res (Light; Cold)
Noting KB, I would still look for 2/20/dual res (something like 2/20/30light/30cold) acknowledging that 2/20/9/15 does not suit your build (KB).
I personally almost always use string. I do not advocate a rare belt, at the least it should have repl or be a crafted one.
I have been quite critical here, but lets be blunt, its me. Your amazon is a tank with that life and res and it hits like a brick on both slots. Well Done
