However, I believe certain items can't have certain names such as an axe won't ever be called something like entropy talisman because talisman is reserved for amulets. I'm not 100% on that but I do believe it to be the case. Here's an example of an amulet with that name:

Axe is likely a fake. Eight mods as well as a name that makes no sense; 'Talisman' suffix normally only goes on Amulets.

Armageddon fletch is a one of a kind name that can't spawn, storm circlet can still be the name of an item. So an item named armageddon fletch will be fake if its not the well known dupe, same with storm circlet ammy, but helms can spawn with that name

Storm circlet can be rolled on rare type circlet. You are indeed correct on this statement. But not on a crafted paladin amulet

Same goes for armageddon fletch name, it will spawn on sorc mod ammu and not paladin.
