I think what people are saying is that it's still a trophy without 2os because it's literally the best blizz orb on the realm
I haven't seen better on east and I've been actively building and playing the build in lld since 2004.

I've seen higher mana/+2 cm and lower mana/+3 cm, 2os with low mana.

Your socket options are 9dex/15 all resist, which is useless if your 5 es prebuff orb doesn't also have 2os, 9 dex/15 mana/10 all res which take years to find (in 6 years of bumping threads overpaying for them I managed to buy 4)

The 15 @ res jewel comes out to 36 mana and the 15/10 comes out to 39 mana. You'll notice that 36 and 39 are both lower than 54
