18 life + 10 life = 28 life
You've lost mass resists, particularly useful in zvz when negating fire and lightning damage other amazons would have. Not to say anything about other classes that focus specifically on elemental damage.
9 minimum damage is very useful, but only for glass cannons, not so much for vita bowazons. Best rings here, if given the zon is equipping a storm shield with -15% Jewel. Which would leave a requirement of 133 STR

9 life replenish ( illegal in old school zvz to go above dungo replenish... but I think someone changed the rules to allow more... why? I dont know. )

Now given a different shield, the str from said craft ring becomes far less useful. Overall, you lose a great deal for a >potential< of 28 life. Honestly, I think this would apply to most classes and builds. Viable for melee and ww barbs? I don't know... I only play zons.

If u miss ress use 20/11s
Ps i use wisp 99,99% duels not this ring
Even if i dont need lr , double oak charges > all
+ that ring is mostly zeal or fury druid
