Even without mdr manald is still better point-for-point than anything you posted.

I guess if you had enough dr from rings/ammy you wouldn't need a duskdeep in stash, but that oddly specific situation probably doesn't even apply in EU where the players don't even pretend to be competitive. I doubt anyone uses PH there.
