I think you are wrong. I would love to know if this is really the case, so if you or someone could link a reliable source that says rare javs cant have 5jav i'd be happy to learn.

1+/+2/+3 to jav skills comes with the base of the item, not the roll of the rare attributes.
Same principle as a rare 5 bo helm

I can't see any reason why these jav's could't have had 2ama+3jav
