All the other orbs that i have screens of are 2/3/2/2os or 2/2/3/2os, none with 2/3/3 2 sox. i.e. yours is indeed arguably the best all realms cold orb.

Especially for MLD where ES shouldn't be used (even with HLD I don't like ES blizzers due to dmg loss and even then you can get ES from cta, TS saves a ton of points and 1k dmg TS def hurts)
