How can all those stats spawn on one belt? It's so massively overpowered, and it's a BELT, stats on belts are usually really bad, and the siggard's has the stats of a helmet, lol.

Well if you're going for a non DS setup, then, yes.

You see, the rhetorical explanation of this would have it's equivalency in the stratosphere of basic unilateral transgression in displacement.

So, by this objective, you can see why 2 Barb can be better than 20% DS.
