I got kinda mixed feelings about this ring.
It's not really a max block ring since it's power lies in awesome resistances boost, You don't really need resistances vs physical dmg, on the other side, it could possibly be a very strong SVS ring, then with full vita/full ene build the dex points could come handy to reach certain dex needed for wizzy or hoto or any other item like that, nevertheless i am going to rate it i two ways:
it's pretty much 10/10 svs ring,
if We count svs out, it's still a nice ring 8,5/10 imo

resistance is ofc allways a shitty mod on a mb ring
