I thought it was 50% for circlets/coronets/tiaras/diadems and 20% for everything else, but it's very possible that i'm wrong

Lol. You obviously have never made a 125 fcr hammerdin with a scepter. I hit 125 with a 2/20/60 life amulet, 2/20/30/50 life/jah jah diadem, magefists, arach, spirit of phoenix, and the scepter. Allowing me to use dual bul kathos, hitting 17-17k hammers. While I tank 3-4 hammers of the typical hoto build, I'll two shot them.
