this claw isn't #1 on any realm, but is still damn good for a hybsin who will need 19 (34 to stack) ias, both easy to achieve with hl

9/10. It could have better skills (3 wb) and get 2 sock or 40 ias for perfection, but the chance to roll that claw is so insanely small it gets to deserve it
