If you put in the 2x 7fhr 9str 9dex jewels as I suggested, the circ would give +43 str.
That means you may be able to use Forti SA instead of AP, and also easily equip a Vortex Exile instead of ST. Plus using upg Gores etc. is np! It gives you so much more freedom.
Look at the bigger picture rather than just the def of the item.
Putting those jewels in it would make the helm rather useless though. 9/10 on the helm
