Besides the duped jewel (btw nothing wrong with that statwise) the only weakness of this helm is the low ed, but not major. A very powerfull item, overall. 9/10

These pictures showns the 30/9/9/9 jewel and a 40/9str jewel... As shown the 40/9 logically wins in max dmg, but loses in min dmg and of the loss of 9 dex...
