the amulet is crap, it needed more life / mana. its a fun item with the charges but thats about it, he paid too much for it. it reminded me of that craft amulet a few weeks/months ago that was going for nearly 10k. way overpriced.

As previously mentioned, yes, x3 strom gyre would be nice in a shield, and give more ed + adds thereby giving me even more max damage.
