That’s why 23 ias over 6fps is a lie to stop Arach slow. With freeze plus Arach it doesnt do anything.

So put 50 ias on the body with a 60 ed diadem “40 ed max you can get in shield and then those Arach builds die with them hitting 800 dmg, if you do the math it’s like a spirit shield smiter hitting you then.

Even a shako with a 40 ed 20 life and 20 ias cb gloves and 2x 40/15 in shield will sleep any Arach build.
