its the top zealot weapon in d2r likely for years to come to be honest, it took over 2 years to find this, seems pretty likely something like this will appear once every 1-2 years or so. Just happened to roll in a really nice base (ettins are good) with some extra max dmg, perfect ias, and high ED too. awesome weap all around
