not for max block nec since mb nec needs as much life as possible since they need to invest in dex and the 20 dex is perfect for that

i got mb nec, and with frw + dex circ ur more flexible inn duels aka takes less hits, less chance of getting stunlocked etc... So 30frw would boost ur normal total frw too be 40% higher(45eni, 30boots = 85, if this = 115frw)! And u waste the exact same amount of dex, so u still got nice life with vita eq too

just no lol, there is a reason necs look for life and dex on helms and this is it. Run walk barely affects you on a vitamancer let alone a mb nec. And the 20 dex+ 60 life offers ALOT more then what you are saying for block nec.

You don't need that much run walk bro, we are talking about 100 life pre-bo here with this circlet and that is when it's clean.This helm> the run walk dex helm you are talking about because I STRONGLY doubt you have a nec helm with rw/dex/life and two sockets let alone p dex and p life.



Actually not as dumb as you might think, Abyss has a point for sure, why do you think every max block nec looks for a dex/life 2 soc helm? It is the best for that build, end of story.

Im just saying, that in pvp 100 life counts as nothing vs 30frw.

I use crap circ 2nec, 20fcr, 30frw, 16dex, 34mana, shaeled(1soc), but if i had nr1 i would go frw instead of those 100 lifes.

Walk is gz vs assa, sosos, hammers, stun, nvn, dudus, and basicly all...

So i say circ overall 9,5/10
10/10 for its stats, 9/10 for its pvp purpose...

But i often walk/run though, have some too say about playstyle too... But my best fber got 140frw, and my best blizz got 90frw xD

Like on my blizz on eu i have circ: 2soso, 20fcr, 30frw, 70mana, 2 soc(10/-10). Nr1 for pvp^^
