the rating for the 2 items is (10+9/2)/10 = 9.5/10
if you have 2 items : 1 x 100/100 and 1 x 9/10
the rating for the 2 items is : (100+9)/11 = ~9,9
( yes you have to divide by 10 times more with a 100/100 than with a 10/10 so 100/100 + 9/10 = divide by 11 )

EVERYONE WHO GAVE 10 / 10 is a dickhead. We are talking about a rare amulet, and 10 / 10 rare items doesnt exists.
This would be a 10 / 10 for a rare smiter amulet ( dont tell me lacks of 10 fcr cuz its cant have, since its give already dex, str, life. They are suffixes, same like fcr and you may know u can pick only 3 suffixes and str > fcr to get the str-bug )
