only thing i can complain about is the frw which is 20 and not 30
it will make the lv req higher but who cares since it will be used on a lv 30 character and not some lv 18 character (or even high lv character)
I cant really imagine why on Earth anyone would use these boots on a hld character...
I dont really lld so I cant speak for that tho, maybe it could have some use there...
Edit: Ohh.. i anyone disagree's with the hld comment, try and name a hld build where these boots are useful
