And with this rule set 45dr cap you can wear
Enigma Ap armor and make nice strong build
vs other players with Rare eth 2sox repairs mod armors.

And as Stormshield was best shield choice and it has 35%dr, players with Enigma 8%dr were in final 43% Dr Builds.
They didnt want to use verdungo belt but Rare Belt or Trang Oul set belt instead,

About value yes i had in history dozens (20+) of 100% perfect Verdungos either..

and i had 2x 100% perfect Verdungos but 10%dr stat.
Because this is more rare and extremely if you can see..
This item is connected with exactly Pvp rule set.
And so price is 2-3x of 15dr dungos than..easy allways.
You cant find more perfect dungos with 10dr than with 15dr because 15dr perf dungos are the ones collected more like you did tho ;)
