Yes it’s the best 10fcr nec amulet.

The problem is 2/10 nec amulets are worse than 2/20 amulets. 2/10 amulets aren’t useful for any good build.

Here is the best fpk nec build:
White wand - 20 FCR
Spirit mon - 35 FCR
Enigma
Dungos
Trang gloves - 20 FCR
2/20 amulet - 20 FCR
2/20/30 circlet - 20 FCR
10 FCR ring
Wisp ring
Aldurs boots
= 125 FCR
If you use 2/10 amulet, it means you need to use 2x 10fcr rinfs. Meaning you lose 20% light sorb (which reduces damage you take from light damage by 40%) and lose oak charges.

Best nvn build:
White wand - 20 FCR
2/20/30 circlet - 20 FCR
2/20 amulet - 20 FCR
Spirit mon - 35 FCR
Enigma
Bk ring
Blood fist gloves
FCR ring = 10 FCR
Arach = 20 FCR
Aldurs boots
= 125
If you use 2/10 amulet you lose BK ring, which gives you more damage and 1 extra BO level. This allows you to hit the hidden damage and life breakpoints for fhr breakpoints.

Best nvd build:
Enigma
White
2/20 amulet
FCR ring
Raven frost
2/20/30 circ
Trang gloves
Dungos
Aldurs boots
Spirit mon
=125 FCR
If you use 2/10 amulet it means you hve to drop raven frost and cham circlet. Which means 1 less Ber in circlet.

Nvb is same as nvd setup
Nvh is same as nvn setup
N v smite is same as nvd setup

Nec vs cold soec is:
Hoto
Trang
Spirit mon
Raven frost
Maras or rare amulet with more than 30 cold res
2/20/30 circlet
10 FCR ring with cold res
Belt with 30 cold res

Even if you wanted to use the inferior hoto, the only thing that would change is bloodfisf instead of Trang glove
