I would say 4/10 as far as d2 in general / trophy's go, but it is a very nice item and will be someones nice temp I'm sure for years in d2r.

It’s not even close to a trophy in old d2 but I guess without Anya shop bots these claws are pretty rare so it’s a bit nicer

Greater Claws could have equal or near equal value if this had a 40 IAS base, due to the fact that 30+ IAS/ GT and a 40 IAS GC can share the same number of IAS jewels (one in this case).
