I think he means you need the 146 dex anyway to use god (136 in fact) and then you will be mb w/o adding dex. Tho i think there is no way to reach mb with zaka and only 136dex.

I dont quite follow u.
U have to go to 136dex to use god pb. = u will reach 146 dex regardless of shield. And isnt that enough for max block on all shields apart from vortex?

kinda cheap, i offered him like 20k but he didnt want

so kinda gave up on it, jstoc is better anyway in the end

the only nice thing is that 2 pala is also 2 hf and 2 foh/convi imo, other than that the ed is lower etc

but as for gale emblem is probably the only rare shield worth using imo, due to the base fhr on it too being absolutely ridiculous

too bad that dude didnt jam any 7 fhr 9 str 9 dex 30 ed jewels inside, that are now no longer available, so its not that good anymore

how is this still being discussed? 2 wasted mods...
