They are different elite claws with pairwise identical name affixes, identical affixes, and identical staffmod skill bonuses - both Ethereal (Cannot be Repaired) and Socketed (1) or (2).
That is, all magic properties and their stat values on those claws are pairwise identical (obviously not counting One-Hand Damage or the difference due to Um vs. Lo).

This does not randomly occur. Not a chance.
They are the result of cheating - and so are the vast majority of trophies on display in this forum. You (should) become suspicious the more trophies you see and the similar they are.

Does it make sense to you now?

i remember the days of 2-20-2 plains, also when the rares randomly got found with say 12str or like 15allres or even a high single res, WITHOUT frw!

because everyone knows almost every item is an import or rolled item, aka not legit, so why say it 100x on every item?
