first off i dont need that much %ar bonus with my shield im already at 95% chance to hit pvm probably even baal

secondly, if you want to survive that means taking away like 250 points from strength and slamming them into vit since u will be tanking 8 pl trav with no armor no block, some mods will 2 shot you if you go titan
so that means going shield = auto 250%ed pvm if u go titan, so in reality the shield is more like a 250-300%ed +90ed(vs demons) + 74 dmg

also you will want highlords still, mf and gf is high enough and no other amulet comes even close in terms of damage for this, so your idea of 40/15 in shield is useless

not to mention 30/60/9/9s really? lol belathron you have no clue because 40/9str and those rare jewels are wayyy less efficient then the jewels used for pvm aka 30ed 30ed vs demon ++

or even min dmg jewels in the case of berserker

stormshield is completely unnecesary for a fully geared lvl 90 barb to survive esp with dungos/string + enigma and 75% block
the lightning resist on it is also rather useless since highlords already covers this and caps you out

i mean u can use stormshield but its the poor man's choice, tough itl perfectly do the job
