Anyway, its a Nice axe, however hard to reach correct ias with it, you need 95 ias from eq. Meaning:
Bb, 20ias/kb gloves, hl, 20fcr/45ias helm... Or Valk 08 with 15ias add.

When wsm bugging an ghost glaive with lacerator u just need 80ias from gear. Mening u can use a Valk cham with Wisp for oak/abs and fcr ring for 40fcr.

I have one,
1/10 repl, 249quanti, 30ias, 390%ed, fire dmg, xxx ar.
But i also got 2 Nice ghost glaive and 2 decent barlogs. My best ghost glaive is 44xed/kb/2xx ar/1-10repl

Hmm, okay, i got the one with 10base wsm.
Thought this flying axe was 10base wsm and that winged axe was - 10. But i might be wrong xD

yes you are correct, winged axe has a faster base but lacerator has 30 ias
Flying axe is a little slower base but storm song has 40ias to make up for 10wsm base
i always have lacerator in main hand and that + my IAS from gear determines the speed of my second throwing weapon which will always be the same speed as lac
even if it has zero ias in a very slow base like the cruel wrack ghost glaives your 2nd wep will always throw as fast as your main wep
