I really like everything except number 2, its a wicked helm but it's missing a mod like fhr or whatever else can spawn with those stats

Like 20 pelts have been posted here with the same stats as that and a resistance instead of a wasted mod

You dont need resist on a pelt lol.
You use pelt vs nec/hdins, which doesnt deal any elemental dmg..
