This isn't even half as good as completely worthless runewords on a trash build that doesn't even exist because its strictly worse than so many other builds.
As I said before, this isn't some special snowflake item thats good on some niche gimmick build. This is an awful item that is awful on some awful gimmick build, useless compared to run of the mill runewords on a build thats useless compared to everything else.

If you haven't realized it by now, the trophy room is not a sanctum, where only the rarest of the rares are displayed and users attain a sense of status by the comments left by those who praise.
No, the trophy room is known for as a source of mild entertainment. I mean, where else could you go, post a pic of a junk item, type up a few words to stir the pot, and have 95% of its users come up with a variety of reasons of how terrible an item might be. Then they'd go on and swear that they could careless on the matter, yet take the time and conjure up a response that is meant to render the poster utterly unresponsive.
If you haven't picked up an ounce of sarcasm and desire to get a rise out of people from the very first post, I don't know what to tell ya.
