The problem is not the raw stats, but the fact that it provides 0 str bugged frw (pro tip: req str = 70)

Boots are neat but battle boots would be nicer on an erep naga build for the str glitch, especially on euro. 30/5dex/tri res/HFD battle boots would be a lot better for the frw naga build (even without hfd). Btw, how many pairs of your pp boot are there? Not sure if you mentioned that yet.

-15% req eth rep zwei = 97 str, -30% req eth rep zwei = 78 str. battle is the easiest to str bug for -15 req zwei, but youre losing any str benefits from a pp perspective (other than dmg)
so in general a 30 frw 5 dex 3x tri res battle seems best, unless theres like a 30 frw x dex xx life xx resist prepatch legit battle boot floating around out there
