Not even close, base FCR sucks with that weapon. 0/10

Pretty big assumption that it is #1, to me it's a P.O.S. & is -10/10.

Why?

Because, i don't play a PnB Necro, so it's trash. As a summoner that wands is just something to hold me over until I find better.

So yeah, it's trash, i wouldn't take it from you for free.

Waste of my time to even look at it.

Thank you for sharing this, this wand is literally every necromancers dream to obtain. I mean ya have all of that necro skill synergies added on the wand, and on top of that you get all of that stack resistance.. And great choice of a jewel by the way.. That looks like it has more resistance than a wizardpike knife.. Well for lighting stack anyhow..

And let's not forget the fact that it gives that extra 20 faster cast rate, along with the 14 faster hit recovery which I assume is from the 2 socketed jewels you placed in it?
I am giving this a 9 out of 10.. Wait who am I kidding? 10 out of 10, yes.. 10/10! XD

This is by far one of the better items I have seen posted as of late, or in any past recent times. Good post my friend indeed.
