Circs are great, can you euros just be smart and get magical 1 barb 70+ life 2 os with those staffmods if youre gonna run 2 os helm??? Makes much more sense

lol ikr... i dont even see fhr or something else useful on the rare helm that can be argued.. just very expensive hats.

30% CR 25% PLR, nothing game-changing but useful. would still take the up to +20 more life on a magic
