it is clearly the best lld nec all realms.

better mods can spawn for amulet but they have not, on any realm, until such time as someone shows. here are the nec amulets you can compare it vs: http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=74026206&f=103 and +1 repl and 14 all res is better then a single res or mana.
