what realm is this on

every 30 bowa player wants as much mana as they can get since (a) we dont use pots (b) guided arrows actually costs alot of mana at this level (c) the duels last longer then MLD since you cant 1-2 hit any character unlike @ mld and (d) after amulet + ring (both with 90 mana) the only other areas to get mana from are jewels and charms, which would be at the expense of damage. At 30, bowa's just dont do the insane damage, so you cant afford to lose any. There is no other mod that you want, instead of mana, that this circlet doesnt already have. str / dex instead of mana would not be as good as the mana mod thats already there. just posting this to clarify.

one of the few real trophies ive seen in the last months

depends on dex, bow damage, and other socket choices

It would be 30% Ed vs 21 max essentially

Probably the best lld item yet in terms of strength and usefulness. In a class by itself really. Basically the circlet every lld zon player would make on open battle net.
