There are actually better amulets, legit, than Storm Circlet for both Necros and Sorcs, lol.

By bugged I mean something that's absolutely impossible to spawn and makes the game completely off wack and devalues the other items in a build with let's say Siggard's belt.

How can all those stats spawn on one belt? It's so massively overpowered, and it's a BELT, stats on belts are usually really bad, and the siggard's has the stats of a helmet, lol.
