higher str req for str bug purposes if the specific lld rules allows it.....just use a 6str ar max gc and its done....

i like em, dex could be a bit higher imo, but im not lld player at least..

on hld chars u use two str sources as well ( amu+ring or so ) to get str bugged nigma+boots usually, even if u could use only a high str amu for example and u could use a eni low req ( mp ) and pure life/mana/res/REPL ring instead, with more life and lrep......but str bugged boots brings even higher advantage, so...thats why its being used for...

Ppl who dont lld come and say some of the dumbest stuff ever, haha... Only barbs hit more than 65 str, so thats cool for them... Also, there's a legit pair of prepatched boots on west owned by s1ain, so those would be #1...

I prefer sanders, ck's or rep boots, so these dont catch my eye haha...

Well an kicker would hit higher str too for nice war boots. I'd agree with this tho
