nice, can the armor spawn with - reqs?

armor is actually an eye-candy with the perf defense/life. fhr would be useless. yeeah req/2soc would be nice, but lul, i'm glad enough with these.
oh yeah? what are those WAY better mods? -req was a must for me, max dmg is perf, and d2m is also usefull




yeah, it could spawn with either -20/-30 reqs.
