I'll spell it out for you
Crafted boots get a maximum of 4 affixes on top of a base of
Increase Maximum Mana (2-5)%
Regenerate Mana (4-10)%
+ (10-20) To Mana

They have 57 mana / 60
Perfect 5% Max
30frw/10fhr , which are both top mods for boots
and poison length reduction.

you could trade your shitty necro for all the craft boot packs and you'd never craft something this good.
