not really correct..

sinc no pvp chars are really need of mana.

but if you use
19allres amu + pelt in 163 fcr.

your pelt dosent need ANY res so you can sock 2x ruby
that makes 38 life.

mana is always useful on a pvp character, and you dont even own this amulet

rofl, mana is really nice on palas, especially on hammerdins. and you'll have 75 res anyways
