Even as 5 BO helm it has use. It's crazy rare to have +5 WW on top of that so makes it a trophy.
Can you post a ss of a better 5 WW helmet on the realms?

Im quite sure there are better ones, in the hands of BvB / Barbarian Village guildmember, I think ive seen one not long time ago.
but i didnt even write that there are better 5 bo helms, but in my opinion this helm is useless, since even arreats beats this helm.
well ofc 5ww on a helm is very rare, but that doesnt make it useful in my eyes.

these automods with 30 life/1 barb skill etc on a lvl 30 helm would be sick
but at this lvl it needs to be eth for crazy def or 2 sock/vis mod

The 40 life is fine. It just needs 1barb (or 2skill tab) and -33%ED.

It would be unbelievable if it were LLD.
