im not a huge fan of the belt without rep life or res, but still 9/10. v nice belt. I like being able to swap belts around and SOE, while no trophy, is v useful. nice for certain assassins or vs elemental, esp on a char where you can use that str. it would be hard to find 5 OW belts similar or better then this.
