Has the color, the skills and all res. Only need stacked res and we would be at 10/10. Blue is uncommon color obviously as purple is the more common type. Deflecting is useless on a Paladin in Classic if no one has figured that out yet. It isn't like exp where you can add dex to get max block.. Holy Shield is enough to get 75%.

first of all pallas need def so they need grim shield with xx ed.. lod naps rating on cl items
