That's the point of calling something a trophy vs a good item.
good items are usable, but not always a trophy
a trophy has to have perfect or close to perfect mods on it.
you d2r noobs just don't seem to get it. vanilla d2 had so many amazing items drop over the more than 20 years it has been out, so the bar is high.
so, either the 7 or 8 dozen people saying your item isn't a trophy are wrong, or you're just salty that your item didn't make the cut.

firstly, i referred to the item as a "six-point ring", which it is. it's not my most powerful ring, and i don't hold it above my others in a special tier that's reserved for "trophies". i got the ring for a good price, and aesthetically, i find it marvelous, as we don't see a lot of six-point, tri-res rings in jsp, and i think this is the highest tri-res ring i've seen so far in d2r. everyone and their mother knows what the cookie-cutter ring prefixes are for fpk, and we see 4.5-5.5 pointers on an almost daily bases in the d2r trading forums.

yeah, i remember my 4os valor from d2legit. my d2r items can't hold a candle to it. it really felt like i was holding a trophy in my hands when the rust storm deleted my 4os valor. i'm so oldskool. all of my d2r items are bad. you're making a great point.

i also remember having a tiny stash with no room for several configs, and using a static config for months or years at a time.

that's an argument that falls flat instantly just because its a six point ring which you d2r ppl for some reason chose to use doesn't mean its a trophy

for one what is its usability?

it might be usable in some niche category of tele bowa vs tele bowa but this isn't the niche room

psn res is redundant for one it's useless even in a mu against a char with 1x 451 psn dmg or venom

just because it's good in your eyes doesn't mean its a trophy

ok i think i see your point: you're the arbiter of what should end up here in the trophy room. you determine whether we should discuss niche/unusual items or mainstream cookie-cutter stuff that's already been beaten like a dead horse
