ok, yea it's not perfect or even close to perfect, I agree. There is no nec head in d2r that I've seen that's a trophy then. Maybe 1 LLd one Ive seen that comes close to being a nec head trophy.
I guess the only trophies in d2r are ammy's, boots, the odd ring and runewords.

that's just from all the picky keyboard trolls going about their day.
honestly, not a bad item at all and fairly rare to come across since many peeps don't even pick them up to id them.
