its not really good on barbs
the str is more of an hassle and the CR is useless

can be nice on some other chars thou I suppose

STR useless on a barb? it gives 20% ed
CR useless? if you are a normal BvA/BvC whatever u surely got enough psn or fire res, and vs foh'dins u normally use some stack items or 20-11 :), vs cold sorces the 29 cr is pretty nice cause their only dmg is from the -res they do to you

also nice but for another char type - barb or hybsin needs ar & mana
