They're .08, by the way. People didn't really know about crafting back then, so very little of them were made, even though the recipes were MUCH better than they are now. .08 crafted items are now near extinct. These were "elite" crafted caster boots, and they got perfect 15% max mana.

People knew about crafting but most of them didn't really know what to look for AND OR a lot of those people got banned quit chars expired etc and these kinda items get lost.
