Of course.. you have to consider that going pure mana isn't the best way to go, especially considering prebuff is bm so only lit sorcs can get to 95% es.
epic fail rofl - never seen a 95es blizz sorc with maxblock? easily possible - just need a weird build and then cojones to play that kind of build.
