A mysterious new realm issue here, note all of the "zctyy" names? These have just appeared recently, only on HC, only on USEast and West (not Europe or Asia). It's unknown if this is due to some sort of char hacking bug, a char name display bug on Bnet, or some new hack way to level up super fast, and get all of these lvl 99's in a short period of time.
Note that several of them don't have any title at all, as if they got to lvl 99 without ever defeating Baal on any difficulty level, which is clearly impossible, you just don't get experience in normal past lvl 60 at absolute most. You'll get 1 or 2 per kill forever, but Clvl 99 is totally impossible without getting to Hell.

Another odd thing, a Chinese guy named Chang Zeng has the email zctyy(at)hotmail(dot)com. You'll see him on a "zctyy" search also, from a page with a listing of students at a college. It's a pretty crazy coincidence that a guy with the handle 'zctyy' had nothing to do with it, especially considering that he sold d2 items. It's probably best that he wasn't responsible, because forgetting to consider that ladder rankings are public would be a pretty embarrassing mistake. That guy was pretty much a ghost, so if he were on d2jsp today, it's doubtful that anyone would be familiar with his story. Isn't there a guy with a bow that claims he has been around since the beginning, but no one would know his story? That must be another one of those crazy coincidences.
